Allison Maertens

ALL IS ON BRAND is a boutique brand, marketing, and communications agency based in Hawaii. Allison Maertens, a communications and marketing executive with 20 years of experience, owns the agency.

Allison is passionate about creating and delivering impactful communications, marketing, and branding strategies that enhance an organization's culture, vision, and values.

Previously, Allison was the SVP of Culture & Communications at Hawaii State Federal Credit Union where she successfully implemented several initiatives that increased brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Notable initiatives included a multi-year renovation project of a 10-story Headquarters building, a comprehensive re-branding, the development of a community relations and financial wellness strategy, and the creation of an internal communications strategy that fostered a positive company culture.

Allison was also the Marketing Manager at Roberts Hawaii and Mobi PCS. She was Director of Marketing and Business Development at Universal City Studios Credit Union and a Business Development & Marketing Associate at Los Angeles Federal Credit Union in Los Angeles, California.

A proud graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations and a BA in Ethnic Studies. She earned her Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Southern California.

Allison loves travel, music, sushi, golf, and indoor cycling on her Peloton. She and her husband Taylor reside in Mililani, Hawaii with their two children.

Our Dot.
A dot (or period) is commonly used as the end of a declarative sentence. However, a dot is not just a dot. They hold power and purpose. A dot helps to effectively deliver messages in small bits, deliberately.

Our Colors.
Deep purple and Midnight gray. The brand color purple conveys creativity, expression, and trustworthiness. The brand color gray denotes professionalism and dependability.
